COMMENTS:  At the time of this close, only a light scattered trade 
had developed today. Live deals in Texas were at $255, $1 lower than last 
weeks weighted average. Some dressed trade was reported in the North at 
mostly $404 to $405, $1 lower to steady with last week's weighted averages. 
We will continue to monitor further sales until early evening, and will add 
any updates directly below these comments.

UPDATE:
16:45 - a little more trade is taking place in both Nebraska and Texas. 
Fully steady with earlier trade.

17:40 - Kansas bids are now up to $256; a major in Western Iowa has bid 
$258.

17:55 - Light trade is now being reported in parts of Kansas at $256, $1 
lower than last week's weighted averages.

18:25 - Cattle are being reported sold in Texas at $256, steady with last 
week's weighted averages. A major in Nebraska has paid $257, about $0.50 
higher than last week's weighed average.
